Company secretarial services involve providing advice and assistance to a company in relation to its compliance with the various regulations and legislation that apply to it. This can include the preparation of documents such as annual returns, advising on the legal requirements of the Companies Act, and ensuring that the company is compliant with data protection and other laws. The services may also include making sure that the companys records are up to date, filing documents at Companies House, and providing advice on corporate governance.
